"Having declared TeamBuildr as the software of choice for our program, I can share with you why we struggled in our 10-month utilization of BridgeAthletic. When evaluating systems, we decided to utilize Bridge and TeamBuildr simultaneously. Throughout the process we had lots of questions and suggestion for both companies. Bridge at times struggled to meet our needs as a consumer including the inability to provide a simple daily/weekly print feature, program for groups within teams or use the previous week to change the following week’s programming.
Additionally, Bridge did not offer any means to customize our account such as changing the background color of the software or incorporating our school’s branding. Another huge issue was the cost; Bridge charged approximately 50 dollars a month per a student-athlete, a cost comparable to that of an enterprise system with API capability such as Kinduct. However, Bridge could not even come close to offering the same capabilities as these pricey platforms.
In conclusion, TeamBuildr is just better! Their customer service is second to none, their software is so simple that all three coaches older than 50 years old not only use it but love it! Bridge on the other hand was slow to change and was not adaptable. In today’s world we all know the name of the game is how quickly can you adapt and progress, TeamBuildr empowers our program to do this."
