FAQ's
TeamBuildr Strength is used by high schools, colleges, professional sports teams, private performance facilities, and tactical organizations including military units and first responder programs. It's built to scale from a single-coach high school program managing a few hundred athletes to a full college athletic department running 20+ sports simultaneously.
TeamBuildr Strength replaces paper cards, whiteboards, and Excel systems with a centralized platform for programming, workout delivery, athlete monitoring, and performance reporting. Coaches build programs once and deliver them to every team and athlete through the mobile app, then track results, wellness data, and progress without manual data entry.
TeamBuildr Strength includes 16+ exportable report types covering athlete performance (maxes, PRs, progress graphs), wellness and readiness trends, workout completion rates, and activity summaries. Coaches can filter reports by team, athlete, date range, or specific lifts and share them directly with sport coaches, athletic directors, or administrators without rebuilding spreadsheets.
TeamBuildr Strength is built specifically for the way strength and conditioning coaches actually program, with date-based, free-form, and day-stacking views, drag-and-drop, keyboard shortcuts, and percentage-based loading that adjusts automatically to each athlete's maxes. Most general fitness platforms treat programming as a secondary feature. TeamBuildr Strength is built around it.
Yes. Multi-sport programming is one of TeamBuildr Strength's core use cases. Coaches manage distinct programs for football, basketball, soccer, track, and any other sport simultaneously using Groups and Calendar features. Build a master template once and deploy it across every team with adjustments for each sport's schedule and needs, without rewriting from scratch each cycle.
Yes. Athletes access their programs, log training results, view exercise history and PRs, and complete wellness check-ins from the TeamBuildr mobile app on iOS and Android. Coaches see results in real time from any web-enabled device. Weight Room View also lets athletes log loads and reps from a shared tablet mounted to a rack, with no smartphones required on the floor.
Weight Room View turns a shared tablet into an individual workout station for 4 to 8 athletes. Mount a tablet to each rack or station and athletes tap through their individual programs, logging loads and reps as they move between stations. Coaches see all results in real time without manual transcription, and athletes stay focused without smartphones on the floor.
Yes. TeamBuildr Strength integrates with velocity-based training devices, force plates, GPS systems, and other third-party performance technology through its API and native integrations. Data from external tools flows into the same platform as programming and wellness data, so coaches have one source of truth rather than multiple disconnected systems.
TeamBuildr provides pre-loaded exercise libraries, programming templates, and video guides so coaches are not starting from scratch. Athlete onboarding is handled through a simple invite system, and the support team (comprised of certified strength and conditioning coaches) responds in minutes rather than days.
TeamBuildr Strength is the core platform for programming, workout delivery, athlete app, and reporting. TeamBuildr AMS is an add-on that layers wellness check-ins, readiness scoring, soreness and pain tracking, and load monitoring on top of Strength. Most programs start with Strength to consolidate programming and reporting, then add AMS when they want to connect training load with athlete-reported readiness and injury risk indicators.
TeamBuildr Strength starts at $900 per year (Silver tier, up to 50 athlete profiles) and scales to $2,800 per year for Platinum Pro (up to 1,000 profiles). All tiers include unlimited coach profiles. Full pricing details are available on the TeamBuildr pricing page.
