Sport science, simplified.
A suite of simple dashboards that make every coach their own sport scientist.
Dashboards
What's included
Five dashboards in every AMS subscription. One optional hardware-integrated add-on.
Pulls heart rate, HRV, sleep, and strain data from connected wearables into one view, so you can correlate recovery against training load without exporting a single spreadsheet.
Learn moreTracks acute and chronic training load side by side, flagging spikes before they become injuries. Built from the volume, intensity, and frequency data your programs already capture.
Learn moreSet sport-specific key performance indicators and watch every athlete's progress against them over a season, automatically pulled from testing and evaluation data already on file.
Learn moreVisualizes athlete-reported pain and soreness across a body diagram, making patterns across a team or season visible at a glance instead of buried in wellness questionnaire responses.
Learn moreLets athletes check off daily habits — sleep, hydration, mobility work — and gives coaches a consistency score per athlete, turning behavior change into something measurable.
Learn moreSyncs directly with force plate hardware to surface jump height, asymmetry, and rate of force development, so testing day output flows straight into the same reports as everything else.

TeamBuildr AMS includes five core dashboards: Wearables, Load Monitoring, KPI Tracker, Body Heat Map, and Habit Tracker. Force Plate Dashboard is available as an optional hardware-integrated add-on. Every dashboard except Force Plate is included in the base AMS subscription.
No. Most dashboards work from data you're already capturing in TeamBuildr — wellness questionnaires, training logs, and testing results. Wearables Dashboard syncs with popular wearable providers if your athletes use them, but it's optional.
Force Plate Dashboard connects directly to compatible force plate hardware to capture jump metrics, asymmetry, and rate of force development, feeding that data into the same reporting tools as the rest of AMS.
AMS is built as an add-on layer to TeamBuildr Strength, pulling from the same athlete and training data. A Strength subscription is required to use AMS.
AMS is used by programs that want deeper insight into athlete wellness and readiness without hiring a dedicated sport scientist — common across college, professional, and tactical programs running larger rosters.
