Recurring memberships and one-time packages, priced your way.
Memberships and Packages in TeamBuildr OS are how your gym sells access. A membership bills on a set interval and adds credits each cycle for the class categories you choose. A package is a one-time purchase. Either one can be public on your Pricing page or private for staff to sell.

Questions gym owners ask
A membership is recurring. It bills on the interval you set and adds credits each cycle for the class categories you choose. A package is a non-recurring purchase. Memberships are for class-based access only, so appointment-based services like 1:1 training require packages.
It depends on your rollover setting. With rollover off, unused credits disappear at the end of the billing cycle. With it on, they carry over and stack with the new credits added each cycle.
No. Credits are issued per billing cycle, so a membership billed every 3 months gives members all of that period's credits up front.
Once a membership is active, members can book any class in the categories it covers. Each booking deducts from their available credit balance.
Yes. Set a minimum duration, like 3 months on a monthly plan. Members are billed each cycle and can't cancel until the minimum is met. The contract length is locked in once they buy.
It collects payment a set number of days before each billing cycle starts. If a cycle starts on the 1st and you charge 3 days in advance, the charge goes through a few days before the 1st, so payment is settled before the new cycle begins.
No. Changes to a membership affect new purchases. Members who already bought it keep their original terms unless you adjust them yourself.
Make a private membership or package. Turn on the Private toggle and it's hidden from the Pricing page, Member View and the mobile app. Your staff sell it to that member in Point of Sale, and it bills and renews like any other membership.
Deactivating a membership after selling it was the old workaround for hiding a special rate. A private membership stays active, so staff can keep selling it in Point of Sale, while members never see it.
Yes. Front desk staff can see and sell private memberships and packages in Point of Sale. Only owners and admins can create or edit them.
Yes. Each membership has a required waiver, set to Standard by default. Members sign it right in self-checkout. For a Point of Sale sale, including private memberships, the waiver is emailed once the sale goes through.
