FAQ

Reporting & Analytics questions

Five: a General dashboard with revenue, revenue by category, attendance and new members, plus four detailed reports for Sales, Memberships, Payroll and Attendance. Every report has date range options, search or filters, and CSV export.

No. The revenue total in the Sales report only counts paid transactions. Pending, failed and canceled payments are left out, so the number is money you actually received.

Filter the Sales report to Pending and Failed. That shows scheduled payments that haven't run yet and failed payments that need a retry or a new card.

Yes. In the Memberships report, select a future month to see projected recurring revenue based on your active memberships and scheduled changes like cancellations and holds. If revenue is going to dip, you can plan a campaign before it happens.

No. The Payroll report calculates what each coach is owed for the period, including classes run, occupancy and pay rates. You export it and pay coaches through your own payroll process.

Yes. Add a Bonus to a coach's pay rate and set a sign-in number. When a class goes over that number, the coach on the schedule earns the bonus on top of their rate, and the Payroll report adds it to their payout.

Yes. Set the Payroll report's date range to your pay period, like the 1st to the 15th, export it, then run the 16th to the end of the month the same way.

Yes. If their clients pay through TeamBuildr OS, open that trainer in the Payroll report to see every session they ran, apply your split, and export their sessions for your records.

It counts sign-ins, not bookings. A sign-in means the member checked in at the kiosk or a staff member checked them in from the schedule, so no-shows never inflate the numbers.

Yes. Search the Sales report for the items you need, like shakes or apparel, to separate taxable retail from services. Then export the list to CSV for your bookkeeper or accounting software.

Yes. All reports show live data and update as transactions, check-ins and membership changes happen, with no manual refresh.

Run your gym on real numbers.
