Build your schedule. Let members book it.
Leave the text message threads and one-by-one booking behind. Put classes, appointments and workshops on one calendar and let members book open spots in real time from the mobile app or the web.
Double-booking found 1
This overlaps with something already on the schedule.
Schedule
Choose a membership first
This class needs a membership or package. Pick one on the Pricing page, sign the waiver and you can book right away.
Sample studio. Schedule a class, open one to sub a teacher, then switch to Member View and book it.
From your calendar to their booking.
Build something once, put it on the schedule, and it shows up for members to book. No rebuilding it every week.

Create the service or event
Build a class, appointment or workshop one time with the details members see.
Owners and admins - 2
Schedule it
Pick a teacher, room, capacity and waitlist, then set it to repeat every week. OS checks for double-bookings first.
Your staff - 3
Members book it
It shows up in the mobile app and on the web with live spots. Full classes take a waitlist.
Your members
Every class, appointment and workshop on one calendar.
TeamBuildr OS gives you one calendar your staff builds and your members book into. Staff schedule with a double-booking check before anything saves. Members book in the app or on the web, join waitlists and buy workshops from a public link.
Set up your schedule once. It runs itself after that.
Every class, appointment and workshop goes on the calendar from one button, with the settings that matter for that session.
Members book without calling the front desk.
Your schedule shows up in the member mobile app and on the web, so members can book, wait or buy in on their own.

Fix the schedule before it breaks.
Conflict warnings come up front, a sub covers one date without touching the series, and you see every change before it saves.
Three ways to fill your calendar
Classes, appointments and workshops all live on the same schedule. Here's how each one gets booked and paid for, and who on your team can manage it.
| Topic | Classes | Appointments | Workshops |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | Group sessions you run every week | 1:1 sessions like personal training, assessments and consults | Paid special events like seminars, clinics and guest coaches |
| Who books it | Members in the mobile app or on the web, or your staff | Your staff, or members inside a teacher's open times (web app) | Anyone with the public link, member or not. Staff can sell it at the front desk too |
| How it's paid for | Membership or package, or free with free booking turned on | Package credits, or a card at checkout when members book | One price per workshop, paid at checkout. Promo codes for member pricing |
| When the credit is used | When the member books | Staff-booked: at sign-in. Member-booked: at booking | Paid in full when they register |
| Repeats | Every week, forever or until an end date | Staff can repeat weekly with an end date | Set dates, not a weekly repeat |
| When it's full | Members join the waitlist and move in automatically if a spot opens | Members only see times that are still open | Registration closes at capacity |
| Action | Owner and Admin | Front Desk | Teacher (only role) |

Questions gym owners ask
Yes. Members book classes in the TeamBuildr OS mobile app or on the web, and bookings show up in both. Each class shows whether it's open, has a waitlist, is full or is free to book. If a member doesn't have the right membership or package, they're sent to your Pricing page to buy one.
Members can join the waitlist, and if a spot opens they're moved into the class automatically. When the waitlist is full too, the class shows as Full. You set the capacity and waitlist size for each class.
No. Set a class to repeat every week and it keeps running, forever or until an end date for seasonal programs. Each day is scheduled once, so a Monday, Wednesday and Friday class is three quick setups.
Yes. Turn on free booking for a class and anyone can book it without a membership or credits. It works well for intro sessions, community events and school programs.
Create builds the template, like a new class type with its details. Schedule puts an existing class on the calendar with a teacher, time and room. Appointments work the same way.
Before anything saves, TeamBuildr OS checks the teacher and the room for overlaps and shows you what clashes, including every conflicting date for repeating items. You can go back and change it or override and save. The same check runs when you substitute a teacher.
Substitute a teacher on that one class. Only that date changes, the rest of the series keeps its regular teacher, and members see the new name. Owners, admins and front desk can sub anyone. Teachers can sub themselves out if you turn that on.
Yes. Every workshop gets a public link you can share on social, email or your website. Anyone can buy a spot and register in one checkout. Use promo codes to give members a discount.
Class credits are used when the member books. For appointments it depends on who books: staff-booked appointments use the credit when the member is signed in, and member-booked appointments use it at booking. Your cancellation window decides whether a cancel returns the credit, and you can set it for the whole studio or one session.
