One dashboard. The right view for every role.
Every staff member gets their own login, and access grows with the role. Coaches see their own schedule, the front desk runs check-in and sales, and owners see everything.
Coaches
Know what they're teaching and who's coming.
Teacher-only staff see the classes and appointments assigned to them, and nothing assigned to anyone else.
- Their schedule
Front desk
Check people in and ring them up.
Book sessions, sell memberships and packages, and pull up any member's account. Reports and settings stay out of view.

Start each day on Overview: what's left today, unpaid invoices and the members who need a reach-out. Then dig into reports, setup and staff permissions.

Studio Overview vs. Member View.
TeamBuildr OS has two sides. Your staff run the gym from one, your members manage their own accounts from the other.
| Studio Overview (staff) | Member View (members) | |
|---|---|---|
| Who uses it | Coaches, trainers, front desk staff and admins | Your members |
| How they get in | Staff login, with access set by permissions | Member login |
| What they see | The whole facility: schedule, members, sales, reports and settings* | Their own bookings, payments and profile, plus those of any linked accounts |
| Navigation | Overview, Schedule, Members, Staff, Products, Point of Sale, Reports, Studio Settings and more* | Simplified around booking and account management |
| Buying | Sell in person at Point of Sale by card, cash or offline payment | Buy memberships and packages in the member portal, for themselves or a linked account |
| Where it runs | Web browser, built for desktop and tablet. On a phone, Schedule only | Member login, plus the member mobile app |
*Depends on staff permissions. For example, teacher-only staff see only their own schedule items, and front desk staff don't see Reports or Studio Settings.
Members never see Studio Overview. It takes staff credentials and permissions to get in.
Questions gym owners ask about the Studio Overview.
Straight answers about how your staff will use it.
Studio Overview is the staff side of TeamBuildr OS. Coaches, front desk staff and admins use it to manage scheduling, members, products, sales, reports and settings from one place.
The Overview page. It shows everything still to come on today's schedule, a Member alerts card with the members most at risk of leaving, unpaid invoices that need follow-up and members with waivers still to sign. Revenue, attendance and new-member totals live in Reports, under General.
Owners and admins. Front desk and teacher-only staff don't have Overview in their navigation.
Yes. Multiple staff can be in the Overview page at once, and changes sync in real time across every session.
Yes. In Studio Settings, under Staff Permissions, you choose what each staff member can view and edit. For example, teacher-only staff see just their own schedule items, and front desk staff don't see Reports or Studio Settings. Each staff member has their own login, so there's no shared front desk account.
No. Members only use Member View, which is limited to their own bookings, payments and profile, plus those of any linked accounts. The Overview page requires staff credentials and permissions.
Six: General for revenue, attendance and new-member totals, Sales for revenue by product and payment method, Subscriptions for active memberships and churn, Payroll for staff pay based on hours worked or classes taught, Attendance for per-member attendance and attendance trends, and Member Alerts for members who might need a reach-out.
Yes. Open sections in separate browser tabs, like Point of Sale in one and the member roster in another while you sign someone up.
The Overview page is built for desktop and tablet browsers. On a phone's web browser, the Schedule is the one Overview page available. The mobile app is for members.
No. The member mobile app, Mailchimp integration and payroll integration are free and included. Install the ones you need.
