Know who's slipping. Call them before they cancel.
TeamBuildr OS watches sign-ins, packages and credits for every member and flags the ones drifting away. Open the report, see who needs a call this week, and log every reach-out so your whole team knows who's been contacted.

Each alert is a simple, fixed rule built from data TeamBuildr OS already tracks. The color tells you how urgent it is, so you know who to call first.
- Fires when
- No class or appointment sign-in in the last 14 days. Future bookings don't count.
- What to do
- A personal check-in: "Haven't seen you, everything OK?"
- Fires when
- No active membership, class pack, appointment package or hybrid package. A purchase that hasn't started yet clears it.
- What to do
- Make a renewal or re-sign offer. They have nothing to book with.
- Fires when
- A class pack or hybrid package has 3 or fewer credits left, checked per package. x2 means two packs are low.
- What to do
- Offer the next pack before they run out.
- Fires when
- A class pack or hybrid package expires in the next 14 days.
- What to do
- Nudge them to use their credits, or renew.
- Fires when
- Fewer sign-ins last full week than the week before. Any drop counts, even one visit.
- What to do
- Watch the trend. A coach can mention it in class.
- Fires when
- Fewer sign-ins last full month than the month before.
- What to do
- A good opening for a goals or progress conversation.
- Fires when
- The member is paused. Their other alerts and sign-in numbers are hidden, so nobody chases a member who's away by choice.
- What to do
- Plan a welcome-back touch for the end date.
Low Credit Amount and Expiring Package only look at class packs and hybrid packages. Unlimited packages never run low, and memberships and appointment packages never trigger them.
What is Member Alerts in TeamBuildr OS?
Member Alerts is a report in TeamBuildr OS that flags members who are drifting away before they cancel. It lists everyone who signed in during the last 90 days with four weeks of sign-ins, cancellations and their last visit, then tags each member with alerts like No Sign In 14 Days or Low Credit Amount. Staff log every reach-out as a note the whole team can see.

Members fade out for weeks before they cancel. Member Alerts puts the ones who need a call right where you start your day.
The whole story in one row.
Three visits a week, then two, then zero. That's someone you can still save, and the report shows it while there's still time.

10 Class Pack
One shared record of every reach-out.
Reach-outs used to live in someone's head or a text thread. Now whoever makes the call logs a quick note, and everyone with access to the report sees it.

Member Alerts questions
Member Alerts is a report under Reports, then Member alerts, that flags members who may be about to leave: no visits in two weeks, nothing active to book with, credits running low, packages expiring or attendance dropping. Alerts are color coded by urgency, and staff log every reach-out as a note the whole team can see.
No. The report tells you who to contact and why. It doesn't send anything. Your staff reach out their usual way, by text, call or in person, then log a note on the report so the team knows.
No. The seven alerts are fixed rules, like no sign-in in 14 days or 3 or fewer credits left on a pack. You always know exactly why a member was flagged.
No. Every studio gets the same fixed rules: no sign-in in 14 days, 3 or fewer credits on one pack, a package expiring within 14 days, and a 90-day window for who appears on the report.
Owners and admins. Front desk and teacher-only staff don't see Overview or Reports in their menu. Everyone with access sees every member's notes.
The main list only shows members who signed in during the last 90 days. Check the Inactive Members filter, which holds anyone with no sign-in in 90 days or more, plus anyone who has never bought anything, like a member booked into a free class. If you have several alert filters on, a member has to match all of them.
Only complete weeks count. This week's sign-ins appear once the week ends, and weeks start on the day set in your studio settings. Last sign in and No Sign In 14 Days are live, so they update right away.
No. No Sign In 14 Days only counts actual class and appointment sign-ins, so upcoming bookings don't clear it.
On purpose. A paused member only gets On Pause, and their other alerts and sign-in numbers are hidden so staff don't chase someone who's away by choice. Hover the alert to see when the pause ends. Normal alerts come back once it does.
A pack with 0 credits that hasn't expired still counts as active, so the member gets Low Credit Amount. No Active Mbrshp/Package only appears once the pack expires and nothing else is active.
Yes. Visit-based alerts like No Sign In 14 Days and Weekly Frequency Down work for every member. Low Credit Amount and Expiring Package only check class packs and hybrid packages, so unlimited packs, memberships and appointment packages never trigger them.
Yes. Big member lists load in batches of 500. Once the label reads Loaded X of X, search and filters cover every member.
No. Member Alerts is on for every TeamBuildr OS account and fills itself from the sign-in, booking and purchase data OS already tracks.
